Getting you out on time. Please arrive a few minutes early to provide us with your visual and medical history information. Please bring your current glasses, contact lenses, medical and vision insurance information. If you are a contact lens wearer, please try not to wear your contact lenses into the office on the day of your appointment.

One more thing. Payment is expected when services are rendered. You may pay via Cash or Check. Also, for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards.
